You receive everything in our Preventative Maintenance and Standard Maintenance packages as well as “Custom Configuration” help. This means we will tune your servers for maximum performance and security. This includes a custom tuned kernel specific to your hardware, as well as a kernel tuned specifically to your applications and load. This means higher loads with faster response times. We will watch your server during your busy hours, and properly identify and assist in resolving any bottlenecks. Also, we will install kernel level firewalls integrated with IDS systems keeping hackers at bay. We will also help with pre-approved non-standard software. With the Advanced Maintenance package, we are available 24 x 7 with guaranteed response times for NO ADDITIONAL HOURLY CHARGES. Think of us as one of your staff engineers. The cost of this plan is $499 per server per month with NO additional hourly charges for any system work performed. This includes “Nights, Weekends and Holidays.” |
