Over the years, we have found most server outages occur because of mis-configuration or user error. This is why we introduced our low cost “Preventative Maintenance” package which targets simple preventative maintenance issues and gives you access to our 24 X 7 engineering staff in case you need it.

You get everything in our Preventive Maintenance package, but the burden of day-to-day server administration is lifted from you and transferred to our engineering staff. We will maintain most standard packages like: Apache, IIS, SSL, Mod_SSL, Sendmail, Qmail, POP, IMAP, FTP, SSH, Bind (DNS), NFS, Samba, NTP, MySQL, PostgreSQL and MSSQL. We will setup new user accounts, virtual web sites, anything you need as long as it is not a custom application. If it comes with the OS (Red Hat, Debian, Windows 2K, Solaris, FreeBSD, etc.) we will support it.

The cost of this plan is $299 per server per month with NO additional hourly charges for any work performed during "Normal Business Hours." If emergency work needs to be performed, “Nights, Weekends and Holidays,” a $250 per hour charge will apply.
